Do you use cages?
No cage dryers, ever. We dry each dog by hand with a low-heat blower while we stay next to them. If your dog feels safest in a crate with a blanket, tell us and we will set one up.
What vaccines do you need?
Rabies is required, and we need to see the certificate at your first visit. Puppies need their first two rounds of shots before their first bath.
How long will my dog be here?
A bath takes 60 to 90 minutes. A full groom takes 2 to 3 hours. Thick or matted coats can take longer, and we text you if that happens.
My dog is nervous. Can you still groom them?
Yes. Mention it when you book and we give them extra time on their first visit at no charge. If a dog is too stressed to continue, we stop, and you pay only for what we finished.
What if I need to cancel?
Text us at least 24 hours before and it costs nothing. Later than that, there is a $15 fee. A sick dog is always a free reschedule.
Do you groom cats?
Not yet. We only groom dogs, which keeps the salon calm and quiet for them.
